Delivery

• Delivery across Ukraine - to the nearest branch of Nova Poshta Delivery is paid by the recipient.
  
  Address delivery by Nova Poshta courier is paid by the recipient.
• International delivery to any country in the world is created by Ukrposhta. Delivery is paid by the recipient.

Payment

• Online payment by Visa or MasterCard bank card (plata by mono).
• Payment in cash at the Nova Poshta branch after payment ("return delivery" service).

Please note that when paying for an order after payment, an additional fee is charged a commission of 2% of the order amount + UAH 20 is paid.

Returns and Exchanges

The product, which for any reason did not suit you, can be exchanged or exchanged for another current 14 calendar days after purchase without traces of use. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

If the quality of the purchase is not appropriate, we will replace, repair the product or refund the cost. In this case, delivery is at the store's expense.
